Policy

RENTAL PERIOD: Prices quoted are for a 24-hour period. Depending on availability, delivery or pick up may be scheduled the day before your event and picked up or returned on the day after your event. If you wish to rent items over an extended period of time, please call our office for special rates. Charges are based upon time out, whether used or not, so please make selections carefully.

DELIVERY AND SETUP: Customer agrees that delivery and setup are two separate entities. Delivery: Rental items will be delivered to the address listed above at the agreed upon date and time. Setup: This service must be arranged prior to delivery date with separate charges applied. Customer agrees to have the setup site free and clear of all obstacles prior to the arrival. If no arrangements are made, and this service is desired on delivery, Lessor will try to accommodate you after quoting the extra charge for last minute changes/services.

CLEANING FEE: Any rentals that require cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, will be charged a cleaning fee of up to 50% of the rental cost. Customer is responsible for removing any food, drinks, mud, etc from rentals. 

RETURN OF EQUIPMENT, DAMAGE, THEFT & LOSS: Customer will be asked for their credit card information for "on file" purposes in the event that any rental items are damaged or missing upon pickup. Daydream Party Rentals is authorized to charge customers credit card should such damages or missing rentals occur. Any and all chairs are capable of supporting ONLY 250 pounds. Daydream Party Rentals is not responsible for any damage, injury, harm, or death resulting from equipment malfunction.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be granted to up to seven (7) days prior to delivery date. Customer is responsible for payment in full if cancellation occurs within (72) hours of delivery date. There will be NO REFUNDS for unused rental equipment, this includes propane.
